Where do you train your clients? Can anyone take your fitness classes?
How much do you charge for personal training? What do I need to bring to class?

1. Where do you train your clients?
I train clients at Evolution 180 Fitness & Beyond, a 4,000 square foot facility adjacent to Playa Vista, CA.  Evolution 180 was recently voted one of the top 5 places to train in Los Angeles by KTTV Fox Channel 11.

2.  How much do you charge for personal training?
The rate varies, depending on package size.  Normally people train a minimum of two times a week, although some prefer to train three to four times per week.

 

3.  Can I train with a friend?
Yes, I have a training package for partner-training.  Some people prefer to save money this way by splitting the cost with a friend.  I recommend that if you would like to train with a partner, that you both have similar fitness goals in order to ensure that you will both gain the most out of your workouts.

 

4.  Where do you teach your fitness classes?
Currently I teach Cardio Kickboxing at Equinox in Marina Del Rey.

5.  Can anyone take your fitness classes?
Yes, all ages and fitness levels are welcomed to all my classes. Since I am a very interactive teacher, I definitely allow for everyone to go at their own pace and I work with you at whatever level you are currently at.

 

6.  What do I need to bring to class?
Any comfortable workout attire, tennis shoes, a bottle of water, a towel (you will sweat!) and a pair of 2lb. weights (class can also be done without weights).

 

7.  Can you provide references?
Absolutely.

 

8.  Can I have a personal training consultation at no charge?
Yes.  All first-time consultations are free.
